Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Hosting
The upgrade is obtainable with all virtual private server plans we offer and you can add it either during the signup or anytime after through your billing Control Panel. It includes sixty minutes of custom work on your hosting server, so our administrators could assist you with software installation or setup. They'll furthermore troubleshoot any piece of software that you have already installed in case it doesn't work, so you'll not need to waste time to determine what is wrong because they can help you in a very quick and skilled manner. As this is a one-time upgrade, you can get it just if you need it and if a particular task takes less time, the remaining minutes shall be available for the future and shall not be reset in the end of the month. This upgrade is useful when you cannot do something yourself or when you have our Managed Services upgrade, but the thirty minutes of custom work it includes are not enough for a specific task.
