The management of a virtual or a dedicated server is different than that of a regular shared internet hosting account, therefore if you need a server of your own for content or offline programs, you may encounter issues that you haven't faced before. All system tasks on a shared hosting server are addressed by the hosting provider, but if you have your own hosting server, all these tasks are something you have to take care of. If a process freezes for some reason, for example, or if the overload on the server increases considerably, you'll need to take measures to restore the proper operation of the server. Doing that may be a challenge if you have not managed a hosting machine before and you do not have a lot of experience, so if that is the case, you could use the Managed Services upgrade that we provide. Along with other administration tasks, you'lldiscover a Monitoring & Rebooting service in the package, so our admins can keep an eye on your server 24/7 and restart it if needed.

Monitoring and Rebooting in VPS Hosting

In case you include the Managed Services upgrade to any of the VPS hosting packages which we supply and as long as it's enabled for your account, our system admins shall monitor your hosting server constantly. A number of automatic checks monitoring different system processes willalso be added, thus in case any problem appears, our well-trained staff is going to be notified immediately and will work on your machine until the problem is fixed. If for reasons uknown the virtual server runs out of memory or some process freezes, they will check out what caused the problem and will then restart the hosting machine to restore all system processes and the proper functioning of any site or offline application you have on the hosting server. With this service you will not have to keep track of your VPS constantly or pay for pricey third-party services from other organizations which can inform you about a problem, but can't resolve it.
